Recipients of the gift voucher can shop for everything on our website, from courses to products, to the amount specified by you. Vouchers for courses will be valid for six months starting from the purchase date, so the recipient has enough time to choose a course or products.

It is your decision to have a digital or hard copy voucher: we can either email or post it to your preferred mailbox or postal address for free.

Messages on the voucher are carefully personalised and hand-written (for hard copy vouchers) to give your loved ones a surprise in any special occasion.

How to order the open-value gift voucher:

Step 1: Please complete the order form here, in which you will specify the amount, the recipient's name, the address you want the voucher to be sent, and any personal messages. Once you have completed the form, please go to step 2.

Step 2: It usually takes one working day for us to contact you to confirm the personal message and payment details. Please call us on 0207 388 4547 if you need the voucher urgently. We will try our best to help.

Our office hours are Tuesday 10am - 5pm and Wednesday to Friday 10am - 2pm.

How to redeem the gift voucher:

If you are a voucher holder, please contact us via email or phone to quote your exclusive voucher number and code to book.
